This form is intended for organizations wishing to host the Level 3 Home Ignition Zone Specialist (specific to the Advanced Home Assessment Program) training.

Prerequisites

Eligibility for Level 3 FireSmart training is contingent upon the following:

Completion of Level 1 Ambassador Training by all participants
Designation of an Advanced Home Assessment (AHA) Program Coordinator
